Exchanges or Returns

VESTEM’s exchange policy is: Returns are quite flexible: we accept returns for any reason until 07 (seven) calendar days after receipt of your order. Exchanges up to 30 days. The shipping cost of the return is paid by the customer.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. The cost of shipping to exchange or return your purchase is paied by the customer; 

2.  You can use your exchange voucher with any other product available on the website;

3. If you prefer to return the product, we will refund the amount;

4. The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted;

5. The return request must be made within 07 (seven) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted;

7. Customized and adjusted products (hems, darts, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned;

Important: The refund of amounts will be refunded. It will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product(s) in our distribution center, according to the general conditions described at the beginning.

In case of exchanges, we will send you an e-mail with a Vale-Exchange coupon code in the same amount paid for the product (shipping is not included), this Vale-Exchange coupon can be used exclusively in our online store.

EASY EXCHANGE

The consumer can request a return through the website or by contacting the SAC.

Parts are only available. will be accepted if returned under the following conditions:

  • With tags and seals intact;
  • In original, undamaged packaging. Protective shoe boxes/bags, jewelry bags, plastic packaging and May protection stickers. and bikini, warranties and explanatory leaflets are considered part of the product;

REMINDER!

If VESTEM understands that the returned product does not fit the above criteria, it is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. Vestem can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification of the reason for refusal.

REFUNDS

It varies according to the payment method used in the order placed:

VIA CREDIT CARD

Credit to your VESTEM online store account to be used for future purchases or refund to the same credit card used to pay for the return in question. Bearing in mind that credit card operators may take up to two invoices subsequent to the month of requesting the reversal to carry out the credit.

 

THE REVERSAL PROCESS
